JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with eConsumer Team & eCustomer team to develop content & implement across eCommerce (e.g. SKU page, campaign/promo banners, newsletter images) in line with the brand guidelines & maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.).
- Work with in-house eCommerce team and liaise with brand team to drive creation of rich content across ecommerce platforms. Rich content can be product, category, official store/shop-in-shop, educational, engagement or campaign content for all E-commerce platform (Retail, Market Place & D2C)
- Develop and optimize product description and SKU listing to trigger high rank on-site search.
- Work with eCustomer Manager in creating in-store promo for specific and cross category including content, visibility and converted traffic through Marketing Program both National and Channel specific.
- Overseen the Customer Service performance on product discussion, review & rating.
- Manage the CRM (Email, SMS, WA & Chat Bot) content development and subscription based to boost the sales performance.
- Analyse the integrated sales report performance across online sales channels
Key tasks, including but not limited to:
- Promotion focal point of EC team, promotion budget allocation
- Working closely with brand team to organize Consumer activation campaign in Ecommerce platform
- Ecommerce Assortment management, launching new product
- Shop in Shop continuous optimization
- Review and rating
- Product page content and relevant hooks
- The Ecommerce moment of truth: Unbox experience
- Motivators/enablers and barriers to purchase solution
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in related digital or online marketing performance analytics and optimization with proven track record
- Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
- Proficiency in content marketing basic principles
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants independently.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
