POSITION PURPOSE
- Responsible to drive both sell in and sell out for required platforms by developing & closely monitoring monthly, quarterly, annual customer plans. At the same time, building a good relationship with eRetailers to effectively collaborate for all sell-in activities to deliver the business target through joint business plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Joint Business Plan
- Initiate discussion, organize and lead Joint Business Plan with eRetailers, involving multifunctional team from internal and external (eRetailers)
- In charge of end-to-end Joint Business Plan, from business model selection, marketing and promotion activities, profitability and trade terms alignment
- Well align with eRetailers and collaborating with eCommerce Manager on managing offers to eRetailers for sell-in activities and at the same times, facilitate for sell-out programs later
Key account management
- Manage eCommerce accounts (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki and other eRetailers)
- Be responsible for day to day operation of one’s assigned account
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual customer plans
- Manage trading terms and up front vs back margin mix
- Optimize sell-in through stock optimizations at SKU level
- Ensure smooth servicing/fulfillment (direct or indirect); develop strong working relationships with eRetailers to achieve long-term partnerships and effectively drive the sell-in activities, deliver revenue & growth targets.
Others
- Develop trade strategy for new brand launches. Partner with marketing team to develop trade/selling decks and toolkits
- Scoping new trends and business models
- Set high standard for self, initiates performance discussions with manager, acts on feedback, reflects on experience for improvement
Financials
- Be responsible for revenue and profitability of assigned account; Manage P&L with regular analysis to meet NR & GM maximize objective
- Lead ROI and cost effectiveness analysis of stock, bundling to propose improvement plan
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- University Degree holder
- Minimum 3 year-experience in Ecommerce, preferred in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and business planning with Ecom platforms
- Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
- Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants independently.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
