JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Review & rating program
  • Manage CRM project
  • Manage chat response
  • Content optimization
  • Manage livestream & minigame engagement activities across all platforms to recruit new Buyers & followers

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, or Operations
  • Prefer background: Merchandiser in Ecom platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki)
  • Ability to manage multi tasks & deadline.
  • Good customer insight.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants independently.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment.  Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
  • Is open and responsive to feedback to improve performance of self and team
