COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
Our client is a multinational consumer goods company headquartered in England. It is a producer of health, hygiene and nutrition products. They are looking for a Brand Manager with the following information.
WORK LOCATION: District 1, HCMC
POSITION PURPOSE
- Take lead in the deployment of the brand plans and contribute in the development of the overall strategy
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop communication/ media and acquisition plans in relevance with consumer insights/needs to drive brand value. Define and develop content strategy & assets, and channel plans to effectively provide the best consumer experience.
- Ensure that all elements of brand performance, P&L and sales forecasts are being evaluated. Gather and interprets the analysis from the brand metrics, implications of CI, consumer research and channel execution and communicates implications to other brands.
- Manages and directs 3rd party agencies to transfer marketing objectives into creative strategies and executions
- Sets high standards for performance; clearly distinguishes among levels of performance; reinforces strong performance and addresses poor performance
- Contribute in the creation of a team based, collaborative environment especially with Trade Sales, Medical Sales, Digital, E-commerce and other functions, promoting candor and receptivity, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goal
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree – in Marketing or Commercial Business
- Minimum 3 years experiences in executing marketing plan to achieve marketing strategies and plan
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in working with relevant agencies to deliver plans and objectives
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences working in international FMCG business environment
- Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
- Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management
