COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
Our client is a multinational consumer goods company headquartered in England. It is a producer of health, hygiene and nutrition products. They are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager with the following information.
WORK LOCATION: District 1, HCMC
POSITION PURPOSE
- Take lead in executing brand deployment plans
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Take ownership and ensure flawless executions in implementing assigned marketing initiatives upon overall brand strategies. Main lead in BTL activities (activations, promotions, medical, etc.)
- Continuously track brand initiatives’ performance to ensure targets and KPIs achieved. Analyze and develop action plans where needed
- Support to gather and interpret the analysis from the brand metrics, implications of CI, consumer research and channel execution and communicates implications to other brands
- Manage and direct 3rd party agencies to transfer marketing objectives into right executions. Demonstrates strong productive relationship with cross-functional to ensure attainment of business objectives.
- Demonstrate good understanding of industry, competitive environment & consumer insights and able to develop good analysis/ business implication to grow business
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree – in Marketing or Commercial Business
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in executing marketing plan to achieve marketing strategies and plan, esp. acquisition and BTL activities
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences working in international FMCG business environment
- Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
