Planner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analysis & report :

• Manage weekly IMS report
• Manage monthly Platform Health check & Product mix score card analysis & other reports.

2. Ecom demand planner : 

• Coordinate with Supply Team for monthly forecast of Stock & availability at the company & Distributors.
• Review & highlight shortage/slow-moving stock if any
• Ensure stock availability at Distributor WH for PO fulfilment timely.
• Register promotion activities with DOIT & manage stock requisition for FOC, sampling,…
• Collaborate with other functional teams to prepare the supply chain for new product launches for ECOM & and product transitions

3. Premium sorting :

• Sort/ develop/procure premium as per Ecom campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, or Operations
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in data analysis in Supply chain or E-com
• Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
• Good skill in Excel & Statistic; related experience in forecasting and supply management
• Significant independent responsibility with a strong bias for action/ entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions.
• Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants independently.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
• Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment.  Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
