Senior Sales Manager

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new customers for our company. You will lead the sales team and work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. 

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

- Be responsible for managing all sales activities, and delivering sales targets

- Supervise the sales team, set the targets for the sales team, and track their performances to ensure the sales team can deliver desired results; make sure each one is living up to the organization's expectations.

- Train and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct market research and identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.

- Prospect, qualify and build a pipeline of new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, and make business plans, and business performance reports to the senior management team.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

- Other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum educational requirements: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields

- At least 5 years experience in business-to-business sales, packaging/printing preferred

- Experience in Sales to large global organizations.

- Experience in leading a team.

- Great verbal and written communication skills

- Good command of English. Chinese is an advance.

- Able to manage, motivate, train, and develop self, team, and factories to achieve

- Good active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, and management skills.

- Have systematic skill and sales management skill.

- People-oriented, results-driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
