Mô tả công việc:

Working location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Working time: Monday to Morning Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Promote and manage assigned account and Brand-related business activities
  • Build and develop good relationships with existing customers by organizing sales visits to maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and establish new business operations.
  • Find new customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by planning and selling for accounts Negotiate the terms of an agreement (contracts) and provide customers with a quotation and close the sale.
  • Continuously monitor sales and orders and realign sales strategies to ensure targets are met.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Forecast, track and report, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually on performances of assigned Accounts and Brands.
  • Continuously update and maintain customer records in our CRM system.
  • Resolve complaints; investigation, solution development, reports and recommendations.
  • Represent and document interests of the customers.
  • Be able for Business travels when needed.
  • Other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS/WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;  
  • Candidates who are Cambodian and can speak Chinese & English or Chinese & Vietnamese will work in Phnom Penh.
  • B2B sales experience of 2 years or more (experience in Packaging/Label/Sewing/Printing field is preferred).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, intelligence and sensitivity;
  • Ability to work independently and able to work under high-pressure. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
