Responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Aligns with trade sales strategy to develop Regional Trade Sales operating plans, assures implementation, monitors progress and takes actions to achieve business objectives in area in charge.
- Recruit, train& coach, monitor, develop and motivate all staff under to ensure that all of them can deliver the company’s KPIs requirement / Location.
- Lead sales team professions to achieve sales targets via closely field work, consult and support for any idea/ proposal, build “walk to talk” and commit culture
- Well communicate across function as Marketing, MD to achieving the goals.
- Monitor and maintain budget for the assigned territories.
- Understands the importance of financial implication against results to determine the worth of investment
- Drive a standard way to evaluate sales team in the area and have development plan.
- Review and evaluate monthly ROI of distributors and take action to for next month improving
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Business or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in sales management.
- Proven record in FMCG industry and area in charge.
- Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management
